What we collect
We collect your contact and academic information, career interests, proposal materials, CV where provided, consent choices, and your submission record.
Why we use it
GYLET uses this information to administer the challenge, assess proposals, contact selected participants, and consider candidates for opportunities where they have indicated interest.
Consent and communications
Consent to process your challenge entry is required. Updates about future opportunities are optional, and you can withdraw that choice by contacting GYLET.
Access and sharing
Only authorised GYLET staff should access submissions. Personal information is not displayed publicly or sold to third parties.
Retention and your choices
GYLET retains submissions only as long as needed for the challenge and related recruitment purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw optional communications consent, contact GYLET.
Security
Submissions and uploaded files are stored in a server directory protected from public access. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in your proposal.
